Please note that FedEx® will not ship to PO Boxes. Therefore, you must provide Whitefacet.com with an actual address for us to have your order shipped to.



Usual shipping time through FedEx® is 3 - 5 working days. However, please allow for a delivery schedule of up to 15 working days when selecting “made to order” products. Additionally, please allow up to 21 days for delivery of custom-manufactured orders. Product shipping schedules can be viewed in the product detail pages of our website.



Orders will be processed within 24 hours of Whitesparkles receiving payment confirmation from our secure payment gateway providers. Customers will receive an email confirming receipt of payment and estimated delivery schedule. Shipping notification and FedEx® on-line, real-time tracking details will be sent to customers as soon as the shipping process begins.

United States of America (US) - A single FedEx® shipment to any destination within the US is liable for a shipping fee of US$14.99.

Please note that this free shipping insurance is valid during the shipment and delivery period only.

Whitesparkles operates a 30-day risk-free return back policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase/s you can return the item/s. Any returned item must be received by Whitesparkles within 30 days of your initial invoice date.



Return shipments can only be made after receipt of a Return Authorization Number, (RAN), from us. This RAN number must be marked clearly on the front of the returns package, and must be sent, along with the original invoice, via an insured carrier, to our company address as seen on the original shipping label.



Your returns package must include all the original packaging, including all of the original jewelry certification report/s. (There will be a replacement charge of US$250 per certificate in the event that the original certification is not returned).



Custom work, special orders (including rings that have been charged an extra charge for sizing), personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless there is an error on the part of Whitesparkles.



Shipping charges previously paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The customer is also liable for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to Whitesparkles error, or when Whitesparkles has confirmed the merchandise is defective.



Returned item/s must be returned in their original state and condition. Should the item/s not be in their original state and condition all return privileges will be withdrawn.



Following satisfactory inspection of the returned item/s refunds will be actioned. Your refund amount will be for your original invoice amount less deductions for initial shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation



To cancel or change an order customers have to call 662.640.8201-2 or send an email to support@whitesparkles.com as soon as possible.



Our order management system is designed to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently so we cannot cancel or change an order once the shipping process has started. If your order has already been shipped and you are unhappy with your choice you can simply follow our return policy to get a refund.



If your product requires manufacturing or customization, indicated by it being unavailable when it was ordered, then we must receive your cancellation within 24 hours of receiving payment. After this time we are able to refund all shipping costs (providing that it has not been shipped), but we will have to retain a 10% re-stocking fee as per our refund policy due to the fact that we are unable to stop the manufacturing process.

Repair Policy



Whitesparkles does not carry out jewelry repair work of any kind.



In the unlikely event that your purchase does not reach you in perfect condition, you can return your item/s to Whitesparkles for refund or replacement.



Please note that where defects are claimed, the customer must report the defect to Whitesparkles within 7 days of receiving delivery. Should Whitesparkles not receive your report within 7 days, all refund or replacement privileges will be revoked.
